ORDERING

How Long Does It Take To Process My Order?

Most orders leave Amazon's warehouses 1-2 business days after they are placed. You will receive a confirmation Email or SMS with a tracking number link once your order leaves Amazon's warehouse.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

If your order has not shipped yet, and you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please reach out to us right away at info@susupet.com. We'll do our best to accomodate your request, but item changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

If your order has not shipped yet, and you need to change your address, please email info@susupetco.com, and include the alternative address. If your order has already left Amazon's warehouse, unfortunately it will be too late to change the shipping address.

How Long Will The Delivery Take?

Your order should be delivered by our third party delivery entity AMAZON. Typically, an order should be delivered within 2-4 business days. Please note that some delays may occur due to weekends and public holidays.

We offer a 30 day, Risk-Free, Returns from the day you received your order.

How Long Does It Take To Receive a Refund?

Once we receive your refund item, and we approve it was returned undamaged and in NEW condition, it can take between 7 to 10 business days for us to process your refund request. Please note that refunds may also depend on yoUr financial institution and / or credit card used. 

What is Your Refund Policy?

We offer a 30 day, Risk-Free, Returns from the you received your order. All Refund items must be In NEW condition. Dirty, furry, or damaged returns are not eligible for refund or exchange. They will be shipped back to you at your expense OR will be donated to a local shelter if not reclaimed within 30 days.

My Product Is Filthy and Smells Bad. How Do I Clean it?

We recommend the following steps to care for your product:

  • Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Use mild detergent; no bleach or fabric softener.
  • Air dry only. Hang or lay flat—no dryer/heat to protect the silky feel and shape.
  • Quick clean: Spot wipe with a damp cloth; use a lint roller for pet hair.
  • Before washing: Close zippers, cinch the opening, and tuck the safety tether inside (laundry bag optional).
  • Do not iron or dry clean.

Should My Dog's Nails Be Trimmed When Using The Sling?

We recommend keeping nails trimmed to protect the sling's fabric and keep your pup extra comfy. Shorter nails reduce scratching on the nylon fabric and extend the life of the bag. Quick tip: file any sharp edges after trimming to keep things snag-free.
